CBD hemp tea – dosage

Hemp tea is one of the hemp foods whose use is still gaining popularity. The reason is easy preparation of hemp tea and no harmful side effects that arise from other hemp (smoking or cooking). Drinking hemp tea is considered the healthiest way to use hemp.
CBD hemp tea - correct dosage
As with all other hemp products, it is important to determine the correct dosage to hemp tea in order to achieve the desired effect. Here again, the "trial-error" method is recommended and it is recommended to start with smaller doses, so that any undesirable side effects can be ascertained from the very beginning of the use of hemp tea.
If you have not used any hemp before, start with 1 cup of CBD hemp tea (max. 250 ml) a day.
When you feel no effects of CBD hemp tea, you can increase your intake to 2 or 3 cups a day at an interval of 12 or 8 hours, morning - (lunch) - evening.
CBD hemp tea and cannabinoids
During preparation, we recommend to cook tea with a piece of fat (milk, butter, coconut oil, etc.). The cannabinoids contained in the tea are mainly soluble in fat and the addition of fat increases the effect of tea. Hemp teas from our offer includes only the permitted amount of THC (up to 0.2% - according to EU standards) and up to 3,3% CBD.
It's up to you, which hemp you choose to use, but the same rule applies to everyone:
the longer the cooking time and the leaching - the stronger the effect.
CBD hemp tea – effects
Drinking hemp tea is an ancient method used in homes, especially in India, for centuries, especially for health problems such as nausea, insomnia, or as a medication to relieve various pains.
Also, the latest studies show that CBD hemp tea is effective as an adjunct to diseases such as MS, rheumatoid arthritis or migraine. CBD hemp tea (or herbal tincture made from herb) can also be used externally to treat skin problems.
Please note that after drinking tea, it will take about 30 to 90 minutes to notice the effect of tea. The effect is slow, but the effect lasts up to 8 hours (depending on your metabolism).
